Also, for your convenience, Castle Pines Metro District has an automatic debit payment service for you to utilize in paying your water & sewer bill each month.
You will continue to receive your monthly statement around the 7th of each month. Once your account is set up for auto payment you will have a message reading DO NOT PAY-AUTO DEBIT in the center left hand side of your statement. The District will be processing the automatic debit from your checking account on the 25th of each month. This process takes approximately 2 billing cycles to set up and to verify account information with the banking institutions.
Currently, we have approximately 760 households taking advantage of this free and convenient service. If you have not signed up and are interested in our automatic payment option, please feel free to contact LeAnna in the Accounting Department at (303) 688-8330. She will be happy to send the authorization information to you and answer any questions you might have. The automatic payment form is also available below to print and mail or fax into the District office.
