Happy Canyon Roundabouts
HAPPY CANYON ROAD ROUNDABOUT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AWARDED
At the regular Board meeting on March 17th, Metro’s Board of Directors unanimously voted to award the Happy Canyon Road Roundabout Construction project to Jalisco International, Inc., the fully qualified, low bidder for the project. The next step in the process is to provide Jalisco with a Notice to Proceed. Construction work will begin by or before May 16th and is expected to last until August 31, 2011. Once construction starts, expect to see contractor personnel on Happy Canyon Road at Gates 1-2 and Gates 3-4 during the week, and expect traffic delays. Please respect the contractor’s personnel and exercise patience.
