SPRING FLING – June 2011
The 2nd Annual Spring Fling in the Garden event was a huge success with the support of the Castle Pines Garden Club! More than 50 Castle Pines Village residents attended despite the tornado-like weather conditions. Two representatives of Tagawa Garden Center were present as well as The Village’s very own weed expert, Ilene O’Meara. Ilene is an active member of the District’s Water Conservation Committee and is a large supporter of an important conservation measure, “amend the soil and choose plant material appropriate for the landscape conditions.
