Office & Shop Expansion Completed

Metro’s office and shop expansion at 5880 Country Club Drive is finally complete.  Eidos Architects, PC designed the expansion and Aztec Construction built the facilities.  The plans added 2,080 sq. ft. to the office building, and 2,580 sq. ft. (3 garage bays) to the shop building and are intended to meet the District’s space needs through community build out.  The office expansion provided a new conference room, two small restrooms, office work space, and some storage area.  The expansion was funded by monies available in the District’s general fund within the budget.  No additional debt was required for the project. 

The District’s Board and staff members are pleased with the project, which flows seamlessly with the existing buildings.  If you’d like to see the changes, stop in anytime between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.  We’d be happy to show you around.
