CPMD Residents should use this form to submit a request to change their household size. Submitting this form will result in an additional indoor water budget allocation of 1,500 gallons per person (for each person over 4 people in the household). Submitting this form may also result in an increase in the sewer base charge since this charge is also based on having 4 people in your household. Residents will have to resubmit this form every year to reverify their household size.
