Water Billing & Payments
The District reads all water meters on the last day of each month for billing. Statements are mailed at the beginning of the following month, with payments due by the 25th. Monthly charges include water, sewer, stormwater, and a capital improvement fee.
ACH Payments
The District offers free ACH payments, allowing you to have your bill automatically deducted from your bank account each month. ACH is a secure, convenient, and cost-free way to ensure your bill is paid on time. To set up ACH payments, please call the District office at (303) 688-8330. Our staff will guide you through a simple setup process.
Online Billing & Payment Service
The District offers an enhanced online billing and payment service through Invoice Cloud, providing customers with greater convenience and flexibility. With this system, customers can:
- View and pay bills online (payment may be submitted by credit card or e-check)
- Make payments by phone or text
- Opt-in for paperless billing
- Check water usage and billing history
- Update mailing and contact information
Customers can register for an online account to access these features. A 24/7 automated payment line is also available at (866) 296-0478, allowing customers to make a payment or check their balance anytime.
For added convenience, customers can sign up for Pay-by-Text to receive bill notifications and pay securely via text message.
Please note: A convenience fee applies to all payments made through Invoice Cloud. This fee is collected by the payment processor and is not retained by the District.
Other Payment Methods
Payments may be delivered in person or mailed to the District office. We can only accept checks for payments made this way. Cash and credit card payments cannot be processed in person or by mail.
