Chase Lane Roadway Work

Roadway work on Chase Lane is expected to begin on October 19, 2025 and continue through November 7, 2025. Please note that Gate 5 will be closed from Sunday, October 19 through Tuesday, October 21 to accomodate this work. During this time, all residents and guests accessing the north side of The Village must enter through Gate 1 or Gate 3.

An additional gate closure will be required near the end of October. Details and updates will be shared on our website and through the District's eblast, as soon as they are available.

Indigo Way Roadway Work

Roadway work on Indigo Way is expected to begin on October 22, 2025 and continue through October 31, 2025.

Roadway Work Information

The District generally uses a mill and overlay process to rehabilitate existing roadways. Please note that milled roads may appear unfinished until the top layer of asphalt is completed later in the week.

There will be no interruption to your trash pick-up or your mail delivery. Emergency vehicles will be allowed access at all times.
